Description:
The project at 107 Mount Street North Sydney, an 8 storey building of about 6,500sqm involved two components:
- Negotiation of make-good works associated with the exit of the long standing tenant George Patterson advertising
- The base building upgrade which comprised a new foyer, the upgrade of all finishes and fittings, new toilets and kitchens, upgrade of all services to current codes and new lifts. External works included repairs to the facade system, replacement.
