Description:
A retofit inside an existing large warehouse shed involving the construction of three studios, technical areas and office areas for 50 staff. A new mezzanine floor was built to provide office accommodation and a central void created a dynamic space to connect all parts of the fitout.
This project involved careful space-planning coupled with plant optimization, extensive IT infrastructure integration all influenced by tight budgetary controls.
THA was commissioned for the design, documentation and on-site construction services.
