Description:
State of the art Broadcast Centre for Channel 7 over 3 floors with two floors of car parking.
THA were involved from the inception of this project. Initially this involved the preparation of conceptual options, which then became the basis of an agreed scheme that Baulderstone Hornibrook contracted on a Design and Construct basis.
The building contains a 250m2 product studio and a 200m2 news studio visible by the public from a cafe accessed off the stadium concourse. A major feature of the building is the highly visible technical areas - the main foyer looks directly into master control and the main technical areas.
