The development comprises seven apartment buildings ranging from 3 to 5 storeys accommodating approximately 160, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings with associated car parking for 250 cars. The design respects controls established by the NSW Residential Flat design Code whilst also addressing many environmentally sustainable design features.
