The development comprises seven apartment buildings ranging from 3 to 5 storeys accommodating approximately 160, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings with associated car parking for 250 cars. The design respects controls established by the NSW Residential Flat design Code whilst also addressing many environmentally sustainable design features.
Sensitive to adjoining low density housing lots, the design aims at modulating common facades, maintenance of privacy and maximising landscaped open space for the enjoyment of all residents.
