Situated on the cascading slopes of Balmoral, this proposal provides for two double storey luxury apartments with sublime views of Balmoral, Middle Head and across the harbour. There are two discreet entrances; the lower apartment has access from Stanley Avenue and the upper from Moruben Road

The dramatic slope of the site provided much inspiration and opportunity for the stepped design.
