This recently approval House was designed with our clients to provide a single-level house that will suit them now they have adult children and well it to the future even if age impacts their mobility. The house has been designed around a central suntrap courtyard that will allow Mediterranean plants to thrive in the local climate. A large open-plan living area directly off the courtyard and open to the bushland that extends behind the house.
