Revisiting a Waterfront Terrace House

Over the years at Turner Hughes Architects, we have had the pleasure of working on several projects that have been revisited multiple times. These projects hold a special place in our portfolio as they attest to our enduring relationship with clients who trust us to constantly improve and innovate. Revisiting a project allows us to reflect on previous design solutions, analyze their efficacy, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into the existing framework. This Waterfront Terrace house has returned to the office from a number of the owners after the original developer. An original drawing is included below with the current works including a balcony extension and privacy measures. Turner Hughes have also been involved in the successful inclusion of a lift within the house to service all levels.
